How I did the Salad?
Serving size: 4 to 6 portions
Three handful of arugula
2 cups of cooked quinoa
2 cups of pomegranate seeds
Handful of sunflower seeds
2 cups of cucumber and carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
Vinegar and avocado oil 2 tablespoon each
In a big mixing bowl put all the ingredients and mix it well and enjoy!
